About The Organizers

The Infantry School, located in picturesque town of Mhow in Indore is one of the premier military training institutes of India and is rightly held as the alma mater of Infantry. In addition to imparting professional training to officers and men of the Indian Army the school also conducts courses for officers & men of several Friendly Foreign Countries.

About The Event

Every year 27 Oct is celebrated as Infantry Day across the nation, as it was on this day in 1947, that an Infantry Company of the First Battalion of the Sikh Regiment was airlifted from Delhi to Srinagar to liberate Kashmir from Pakistani invaders. In order to commemorate this day, we feel proud to announce first edition of The Infantry Marathon on 03 Nov 2019 at Mhow.

  • Entry in Venue will only be allowed to individuals with Bibs along with a valid Identity Proof

  • At MHOW
  • Participants who have preferred to collect BIB from MHOW may collect BIB from following address

  • 01 Nov 2019 : DSOI, Mhow
  • 02 Nov 2019 : DSOI, Mhow

  • Please carry valid ID Proof and Authority Letter for BIB / T Shirt Collection
  • Please collect your BIB / T Shirt as per schedule above only. No BIB / T Shirt will be provided on other than days mentioned above.

    Half Marathon -21 Km : Reporting Time – 05.00 AM, Flag Off Time – 06.30 AM

    Josh Run -10 Km : Reporting Time – 05.30 AM, Flag Off Time – 07.00 AM

    Patriot’s March – 05 Km : Reporting Time – 06.00 AM, Flag Off Time – 07.15 AM

  • No Entry will be allowed without BIB and Valid ID Proof inside Venue. Please carry copy of identity proof submitted during registration

Accommodation Facility

We have arranged accommodation facility at Mhow (Venue City ) for limited runners from outside cities at nominal cost for those reaching on 02 Nov 2019. Runners who are interested to avail the facility may contact us at the helpline number or write to us on email id forwarding details of their registration for event. This facility is available in limited quantity on first come first serve basis.
